Community installs are a defining characteristic of Safe Street Rebel. When the city refuses to build safe infrastructure we will do it ourselves. This is not only cathartic and inspiring but often leads to real change in the street. This is a repository of some of the knowledge we've gained over the years.

Remember: Installs are inherently risky

Read our opsec guide and use your best judgement. Fines and arrests are within the realm of possibility, and best avoided. However in general, if you play your cards right, you can create an environment where it's bigger political liability to punish installs than it's worth.
